This is as good a point as any to stop and take my own quick mini-inventory of digital-media use. I'm physically handicapped to the extent that getting out is very complicated and difficult. I'm not set up yet with ramps, power chairs, and whatnot. Social media actually fills some of my need for connection, but I could put more work into actual face-to-face human connection. However, I work on social media and will be using it to generate clients for my life-coaching business, so I can't forgo it entirely. But I can certainly cut it back. Thanks for the excellent article, hacks to try, and just a great idea to ponder and see where it takes me. It's like considering wellness specifically for my brain! And I like my brain, so this is a great jumping-off point for caring for it. Also, if you don't mind sharing your friend like, I'd love to share it with my friends.
