I recently started working toward a Life-Coaching certificate from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). As I go through this 1-year course and eventually become a life coach, I’ll be blogging here with tips, tricks, insights, humor, and personal observations for living life. They will be directed mainly at adult children and grandchildren of alcoholics — as well as people living with physical handicaps — but they truly apply to all humans. As they say in Al-Anon (a support system for those whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking), “Take what you like and leave the rest”!
